Venue & Jurisdiction

Subject to arbitration, the exclusive venue for any permitted court action shall be the state or federal courts located, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

ZPHC may, in its sole discretion and without notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any reason, including any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
