Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
This page explains how California residents (and other applicable jurisdictions) can exercise their privacy rights to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar laws.

- No Retaliation: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
2) Key Definitions
- “Sell”
- Exchanging personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.
- “Share”
- Disclosure of personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeting you on one site/app based on your activity on another).
- “Sensitive Personal Information”
- Includes precise geolocation, government IDs, financial account credentials, health data, race/ethnicity, union membership, contents of certain messages, etc.
We do not sell or share Sensitive Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4) Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out where required by law. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a Do Not Sell or Share request for that browser.
5) Verification, Authorized Agents & Appeals
- Verification: We may request additional information (e.g., confirming access to your email) to validate your identity and secure your data.
- Authorized Agent: Agents must provide proof of authorization (e.g., signed permission) and we may ask the consumer to verify their identity directly.
- Appeals: If your request is denied, you may appeal by emailing info@zphc.cm with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.”
- Response Time: We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
6) Scope, Exclusions & Limitations
Your opt-out applies to activities that qualify as “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law. It does not restrict our processing for:
- Service delivery (e.g., security, fraud prevention, debugging, short-term transient use);
- Contractual performance (e.g., fulfilling your orders);
- Compliance with law, legal claims, or audits;
- Aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked to you.
7) Categories of Personal Information Involved
Depending on your interactions with ZPHC, we may process the following categories (see our Privacy Policy for details):
- Identifiers (e.g., name, email, device IDs);
- Commercial information (orders, transaction history);
- Internet/Network activity (pages viewed, referral URLs, IP address);
- Geolocation data (coarse, non-precise);
- Inferences drawn to create advertising or content profiles.
8) Third Parties & Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising
We may allow third-party partners to set cookies or collect information for analytics or advertising. When you opt out, we will stop such sale/sharing on a go-forward basis for the browser or account you used to submit the request. You may also need to adjust settings on each browser/device and within third-party tools.

9) Data Retention & Deletion
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law. You may also submit a Deletion or Access request per our Privacy Policy.
10) Minors’ Data (Under 16)
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided personal information in a way covered by the law, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
11) Non-Discrimination
We will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your privacy rights, except as permitted by law (e.g., price differences reasonably related to your data participation).
12) Financial Incentives (if any)

Does opting out stop all ads?
No. You may still see ads, but they should be less personalized or based on context rather than your cross-site activity.
How long does my choice last?
We honor your choice for at least 12 months or until you change your settings, clear cookies, or submit a new request.
Do I need to opt out on every device?
Yes, opt-outs via cookies are browser- and device-specific. Please repeat on each browser/device and for any profiles you use.
